Colm is the founder and CEO of IMM, he specialising in radio and content consultation. He has spent the last 20 years working in radio in Ireland, with Corks 96FM, Red FM and Irelands biggest commercial broadcaster TodayFM.

He is an award winning producer and presenter with 10 PPI Radio Awards Gold’s to his credit.

He has occupied a diverse set of roles in senior management and production, from Production Director to Deputy CEO, most recently becoming Programme Director of Today FM in 2015.

Skilled in Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Production Management, Audio Engineering, and Audio Editing.

Strong business development professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Business and Managemt Applications.

Caroline is a voice over artist, award winning producer and presenter. She specialises in audio imaging and production. An award winning documentary maker with a focus on cultural and music events and products, she brings over 15 years of expertise in media to the company.
Caroline was the main voice over talent for national station RTE 2FM and features on Corks REDFM and other stations as a commercial voice over,as well as various commercial products.

Alan specialises in branding, crisis communications and media relations with particular expertise in the investment, personal finance and technology press.
He has over 10 years’ experience in journalism, having worked on nationals such as The Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and The Guardian, while freelancing for the BBC, Sky News, ITV, Channel 4, CNN and CNBC, as well as trade and local press.
He was previously Head of Financial Services at Fleishman Hillard and a Partner at Bell Pottinger.. He has also worked on a range of international, governmental communications campaigns.
His crisis communications experience includes foreign election campaigns, high-net-worth individual reputation management, country-specific reputation management, public health issues relating to consumer services and damage limitation on investment/personal finance products.

Tim is an experienced Finance Director of SME business. Involving management of finance teams, oversight and delivery of all internal and external reporting, both to the Board and to various third parties (auditors, banks, commercial partners etc), and involvement in commercial decisions.

He has worked BDO International and Amnesty International as Finance Manager.

Brendan is an affiliate partner. He creates, cuts, moulds and blends creative concepts into award winning Radio, TV and online campaigns for clients across the globe. Producing TV Commercials, Short Film, Online content, Graphics, Grading, Radio Commercials, IVR Audio.
He is a Sony Radio Award winner.
